Shipping policy

Every journal is handcrafted and shipped by us from Dublin, Ohio.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US, our softcover editions are available on Amazon in many countries.

Shipping rates

Orders of $45 or more ship free.

Orders under $45 ship by USPS for a flat rate: $7.95 for our 6 by 9 journals and $9.95 for our 8.5 by 11 journals. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Bundles and multipacks always ship free.

Processing and delivery

We aim to ship most orders the same business day they come in, and our processing commitment is 1 to 2 business days. USPS delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within a week. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email when your order is on its way.

Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page. If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, the whole order ships when the pre-order item is ready.

Gifts

Every order goes out with a handwritten card from us, and nothing in the box shows a price. If your order is a gift, leave a note at checkout or email us after you order and we will write the card to the recipient.

Damaged or lost packages

If your journal arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will send a replacement at no charge. If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, give it two business days and check with neighbors and your mail carrier, then email us and we will help.
