Some days I do not have words of my own, so I borrow the Psalms and write my prayers right underneath them.
This is a quieter journal than my guided studies. There are no prompts to keep up with, just open lined pages for your prayers and thoughts, with a verse from the Psalms waiting at the top of each one. It is a place to pour out your heart to God, and to listen.
What you'll find inside
- Lined pages for writing your prayers and reflections
- A Bible verse at the top of every page, chosen specifically from the Psalms
- Hand-drawn floral illustrations on each page, carried from cover to cover
- Bible-verse coloring pages for the days you feel creative, with verses from both the Old and New Testaments
- A gentle tip: colored pencils work best on the coloring pages, since alcohol markers can bleed through
A space to pray and listen
I designed this journal with my mom. She wanted a quiet space for the women she walks alongside, many of them longing for a fresh start, both with the Lord and in life. It grew into a journal for anyone who wants a calm, unhurried place to talk with God. The Psalms remind us that He hears us when we call to Him, and that we can trust Him with whatever we are carrying.
Made by hand
I'm a homeschool mom and a Bible study leader, and I drew and built this one myself. A softcover edition is on Amazon. This is the premium edition for our shop, made to lay flat while you write and color.
